New Balance Langley

Came in today to try on a bunch of shoes I had on my watchlist. Had the privilege of being helped by Sonia. She got me shoes to try on, answered my queries, and even made suggestions when I asked. And trust me, I wanted to try on a lot of shoes and had a lot questions. Throughout the whole experience, Sonia was patient, helpful, friendly, and was just so great. I ended up getting a shoe that wasn't even on my watchlist when I didn't think I'd buy it today. With the kind of service Sonia provided, I'd definitely come back and recommend this store and her service to anyone. Thanks Sonia!

I had the good fortune of coming to the Langley NB store after I had foot surgery. I had not worn a shoe for 3 months and Isaiah the store manager helped me select a good pair of shoes for my foot rehab. He was very kind and helpful. I bought one pair of shoes and ordered another. Now, this is when his attention to customer service is really highlighted. The shoes I ordered did not arrive in the timeframe that was expected. During this time Isaiah personally reached out to me to inform me of the delay and gave me an updated arrival schedule. When the shoes were backordered a third time he told me he would give me a credit to use towards my purchase which was completely unexpected and appreciated greatly by me. He contacted me three times over the phone and this in and of itself was great service, the credit just added to the good experience. And, further, when I went to pick up my shoes several months later, he remembered me and greeted me by name when I entered the store. I had long since gotten rid of my post surgery air boot so I was very surprised that he remembered me from months earlier. He obviously is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about the people who shop at his store. The owners have a gem of a manager who makes their store stand out in a sea of retailers.

Apr. 02/23, New Balance Langley store, for a weekday it was quite busy, all the staff was helping someone, I started looking around, as I have a very hard size shoe & width to actually find, within moments a staffer named Isaiah asked me if I needed any help, I explained exactly what my podiatrist recommended I get a size 7 – 4 E, straight last neutral. Isaiah, patiently listened, he knew exactly what it was I needed, this size & type they don’t stock in big numbers. Isaiah is so well versed on types of shoes that it blew me away, as normally when I go to a shoe store, they really don’t have an idea of different types other than what the tag says on the wall. He came back with what they had, explained them to me as they were for different types of activities, which was great as now I had the knowledge to make an informed decision, turned out I now wanted 2 different shoe types. Isaiah was very accommodative and not in the least put off by the numerous times coming back to the store as he had to bring shoes in. I give Isaiah a big high 5 for his knowledge of shoe construction & materials used, in what they sell, including what they’ll do. I was looking for the tip jar, as when i go to a great restaurant & get exceptional service, who will listen is knowledgeable & personable on what it is they do, you can’t help but wanting to leave a tip for a job well done. I totally recommend New Balance as an exceptional foot wear company but more over, the knowledgeable staff at there Langley store, for making me an informed happy customer 😊

The guy wearing PRX is great with his customers. Too bad I forgot his name :( My receipt says Andy so I’m assuming that’s him. Nonetheless, he is extremely polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he gives customers the space to try out different kind of shoes as well as answer all sorts of questions. I’m happy with my purchase, will go back for sure.

Staff are very helpful, this store was a good find for me because they stock a lot of wide and even extra wide sizes. My feet are extremely picky and have some issues - i didnt end up liking the first pair i bought as much as i did when i i initially tried them on and they took an exchange with no problems and got me in a pair im now VERY comfortable in. Shoes are priced fairly and several pairs were on sale when i went.

My wife and I have purchased a few pairs of NB shoes from this location and the service is always great! I needed a special pair of shoes for my grandson and the store manager searched around and found them for me and had them shipped to the store for me to pick up. Everyone in the store is outstanding, especially the store manager. We will continue to shop at this store location.
